Hello and Welcome!
I'm Wayne Maggs, the man behind the lens! I moved to Darwin in 2018, and love that this special place has become my home. Thats the year I met my now wife, Ashton, and we enjoy Darwin all year round.

I graduated from the University of Plymouth with my photography degree, and that was just the beginning. Photography took me around the world and I have been incredibly lucky to shoot on many continents and work with some brilliant creatives.
Photography has been a constant in my life, shaping how I work. Slowing things down, noticing small details, and choosing when to step in and when to let moments unfold.

Creating space is my way of shooting. Quiet observation, intentional direction.
Success for me looks like clients that feel heard from the start, supported throughout the shoot, and left with images they can cherish and put into action for years to come. ​​

I love physical prints. From framed wall art to my favourite wedding day album coffee mug! They shape how I approach a shoot, focusing on images that also live beyond the screen and become part of everyday life. I work with the final output in mind, making deliberate choices throughout each session.
My core values remain consistent across each type of shoot and project.
From a glance and smile between a couple, or a logo quietly showing on a t-shirt, the end results are a sequence of noticed moments. I bring that passion and skill with me on every photo shoot.
